Permacon Group is a leader and pioneer in the manufacturing of concrete masonry and landscaping products. Permacon Group is a division of Oldcastle® Architectural and operates 11 plants in Ontario and Quebec.
We are currently looking for an Architectural Representative for the Greater Ottawa area territory. This job is based at our Metcalfe office, south of Ottawa.
Reporting to the Regional Sales Manager, the Architectural Representative will be mainly responsible for the promotion of architectural and residential masonry products in the greater Ottawa-Gatineau and eastern Ontario Area and will be promoting the product line to Architects, home builders and masons.
He or she will be available and visible to the construction professionals by assessing their needs, providing technical assistance, delivering lunch & learn conferences, providing after sales service and negotiating agreements with current and potential customers. In addition, the chosen candidate will seek opportunities to develop new markets, develop his network, participate to trade shows, and monitor institutional and residential projects.
